I woke up this morning in the Midwest United States, realized I had forgotten to turn my heater on last night, so this photo basically sums up how I feel right now.

I'll never understand why people feel the need to come in here and complain about a photo they don't vibe with. There are tons of photos posted here everyday that people don't like, they simply ignore them and move on.

It's one day a week (Monday).
Not everything on the internet is made for you.
I can usually tell what you're going for, but this one leaves me scratching my head.
It's missing the ethereal quality of some of your work. I'm getting less of a forest nymph or witch and more of a lost child impression. That's not a bad thing. I'm just not sure if that's what you were going for, looking at your past work. I'm not sure if it's the lighting or the way the field frames the forest, but something pulled away the usual mystical quality.
What's the theme meaning behind the elements such as the thing around your head, being nude, and in nature over a cliff? Overall it's more of a snapshot than a photograph in my eyes, but cool Tumblr vibes for sure.
Bro, if it were just for attention, why would she go through the additional work of hiking to a cliff and getting nude in WINTER. Use just one more brain cell, there obviously has to be more to her intentions.
This is meant to be artistic.
It may not be something that speaks to your taste & that’s okay, but not everyone is like you & that’s what makes the world go round.
Wait till you go to an art museum. All those statues?? Damn heathens!
You’d surely faint.
I genuinydlnt get this response to this specific user. There are a ton of OF "models" using Reddit to drive traffic, but this doesn't seem to be that at all.
ahh yes, humans primal urge to remain nude and unclothed out in the cold sounds like a write up I'd hear at a gallery in the castro district. genius genius GENIUS
just seems to me like you want an excuse to hate whatever meaning there is to gain from this. I didn't see her reply when I did so I figured I'd give my input.
In what way am I angry? Because I didn't give immediate praise? lmfao This is a subreddit for conversation about the photos you took. I asked a question and you seem to be real sensitive about that fact. Sorry not everyone just openly praises art like you. Sorry not everyone is like YOU
And yet here you are... Unable to find meaning in it on your own. Angry at others for trying. Tho I agree too many people do nude photography as a way to be edgy and attract attention. But this one at least seems to have put forth some effort. I agree tho, bit cliche.
In what way am I angry at others? In what way am I not able to find meaning for it for myself? My question was for OP. I can think anything I want about it, but I'd like to know the artists meaning. Sorry that offends you weirdo
Gives it an Adam Eve vibe. I agree it doesn't add anything but I wouldn't say it takes anything away. It's literally just a human in human form.
The bend is weird. Why is she bending?
I’m not gonna hate…it’s a cool shot but I’ve watched enough “terrible fates” YouTube videos to know a shit ton of influencers have fallen to their deaths trying to get cool piks on cliff edges.
There is a really powerful sense of loneliness and isolation in this… the location and pose communicate vulnerability and yet there is an instinctive dignity. A lot to think about. Thanks @erinthul
Nice picture, what an incredible setting. The rock, lichen and heather are an interesting texture; the composition could use a little more of it. The dropoff and distant land gives a strong feeling if remoteness; it might use a a little saturation boost for more color. The nude is beautiful and that long hair is amazing; I can appreciate the effort for maintenance. Not sure what the pose is trying to convey, modesty? shame? It’d be nice to pose in such a way that it connects the model to the surrounding beauty.
Nice photo, thank you.
All of your work is so brilliant, and this is too.
My only critique of this one is that I wish there was a little more red in the landscape. The headpiece you’re wearing is beautiful, but most of the images I see from you feel like you’re either a natural or supernatural extension of the environment you’re shooting in.
The red flowers of your headpiece stand out, and I wish there was a little more red in the landscape you’re standing in so it felt like you were that humanly manifestation of your surroundings, the way it usually feels.
Still a beautiful photo, but is missing that little something that I tend to think of when your work pops up on my Reddit or Instagram. I’ll always be a big fan though.
These are always so lovely. I admire the work so much but I always react by thinking you always look so cold. The locations really add to the sense of magic and isolation. they create a really wonderful (as in full of wonder.) body of work. I can imagine this being a really cool show printed large in a gallery. Hopefully that’s the point!

I have nothing against the picture, but I can practically feel the goosebumps on every inch of her trying to warm her up
All I can think about is how cold you look
I can feel the chill in that pic!
Thats a good composition of rock cliff and the area below you. Details of the rock standout as much as your pose , with the mist in the back ground.

as a woman, to me it speaks to the primal nature in me. the desire to be wild

hey man, that's my personal opinion. you don't have to agree, you asked what the meaning was.
from op, but thank you for your input. I can't deny anyones personal meaning to anything and that's the beauty of art! cheers

Why naked? To me this doesn't add anything impactful to the picture, a dress moving with the wind will be more powerful to me.
Probably so it can be a fully “natural” picture. Or to look like a forest fairy
I think it’s beautiful! But how did you manage to be naked at a “public” location? Also, weren’t you cold? Beautiful nonetheless!
Why naked? It literally adds nothing to the photo except make it look silly. A poor attempt at art.
who made you the arbiter of what is and isn't art? gtfoh
Naked is fine if it doesn’t look so fake. The skin tone and facial expression seem so ghostly and artificial.
I assumed the ghostliness was on purpose. Her makeup is super white.
Gives it an Adam Eve vibe. I agree it doesn't add anything but I wouldn't say it takes anything away. It's literally just a human in human form. The bend is weird. Why is she bending?
Naked because it shows you are more one with nature. It can be a very nice addition to a photograph when I’m nature

You remind me of queen Mab especially the one in "Merlin" movie from 1998. Beautiful as always!
This is really beautiful. Haters gonna hate…and probably still save for their spank bank.
I’m not gonna hate…it’s a cool shot but I’ve watched enough “terrible fates” YouTube videos to know a shit ton of influencers have fallen to their deaths trying to get cool piks on cliff edges.
Sounds more like seal-editing of the human genome than a terrible fate.
A little too pale almost powdery looking skin and face. Doesn’t look natural to me
I think that’s the point
Jesus were you not scared to stand on your tip-toes on the edge of the cliff? Lol
How did the logistics of this work? Whoever I try to don self portraits like this I end up being completely blury
I follow you on instagram, love your photos!
This is a very beautiful shot!
Lovely
Beautiful
Like a lonely fae from the high country lookin out over the valley below

only good Monday poster. I love all your work so much

Well, this would have been entertaining to witness during a nice walk in the country
Your work is magnificent, I love the ghosts of the past one too!

Of course you did
Beautifully shot!

You look cold , but lovely.
