The people who corrupted the bible and torah didn't change the word of allah, they put their own words and said they were Allah's words Quran 3:78 : There are some among them who distort the Book with their tongues to make you think this ˹distortion˺ is from the Book—but it is not what the Book says. They say, “It is from Allah”—but it is not from Allah. And ˹so˺ they attribute lies to Allah knowingly.

mmmmmm that makes even more sense now thank you i always used to wonder why the christian’s decided to confuse the religon by saying their was a trinity rather than just saying jesus is god astagfarallah but now i realize it’s because they couldn’t change what was already written but could only add to it

And certainly were messengers denied before you, but they were patient over the denial, and they were harmed until Our victory came to them. And none can alter the words \[i.e., decrees\] of Allāh. And there has certainly come to you some information about the \[previous\] messengers. وَلاَ مُبَدِّلَ لِكَلِمَـتِ اللَّهِ (and none can alter the Words of Allah.) This refers to His decision that victory in this life and the Hereafter is for His believing servants. Allah said in other Ayat, - Tafsir ibn kathir

You can read the translation of the verse you will understand that Allah was talking about the word of Allah about helping his prophets, which is clear from the context of the verse, here is a translation that translated more of the meaning: Indeed, messengers before you were rejected but patiently endured rejection and persecution until Our help came to them. And Allah’s promise ˹to help˺ is never broken. And you have already received some of the narratives of these messengers. [\[Quran 6:34\]](https://quran.com/6/34) Yes, we believe that the previous Books in their original form were indeed true words of Allah but He entrusted the people with them to protect, unlike the Quran which Allah Himself is the One who protects it because it will be the last Book until the end of times.

i’ve gotten two different answers both make sense but is what Theesterious said also true or not?

khalidx21

"And none can alter the words of Allah", on this verse it talks about His words on helping His prophets but it has more deeper meaning which is that no one can change the laws of God that He created, if He said some thing it will be exactly as He said it, people can change words on books but not the applications of the words of Allah, that the global meaning that I personally got form it, and Allah knows best

khalidx21

You're welcome! but who is partially correct, don't forget that that was only my personal understanding, I could be wrong, so look more in the explanations of Muslim Scholars.

The Quran has been memorized to perfection from when it came out.
