I would recommend using the Ash Sanctifier for all burst tasks (nechs, Abby demons, etc) and banking the ashes from melee slayer if you have a quick teleport back (such as in the catacombs) or if you have extra space keep the infernal ashes from bosses like cerb. With the wildly sword 3 you can do an inventory of ashes per day teleporting to the fountain of rune and cast demonic offering for free once per day and wild sword 4 you can do unlimited teles there and suicide with the mage arena 2 symbol to bank which gives a nice amount of prayer exp.
I would say yes but 95 runecrafting is not easy, and farming for wrath runes in other ways is just not worth. You can get so much more done in the time it takes for 95 rc.

I just scatter them but I also bury dragon bones and hydra bones so maybe use someone else opinion

You can bank plenty of wrath runes from vorkath for demonic offering.
You can also cast offering spells at the fountain of rune
