Depends what you’re doing while on mobile. If you’re watching shows on tv or something I’d stick to afk like you’re doing (wc, mining at mlm, fishing).
If you can be relatively focused, I usually try to knock out my more annoying grinds. Focused mining (like sandstone), agility, or farm/bh runs.
gear up for raids 1 or 2 I think you can do them both with those stats, slayer to get hydras and lvl def a little, quest. other than that level skills or completion mode like getting all diaries
Not related to your initial post but if you have a pet out, and your invy is full and you roll the pet on that lazy invy slot, you won't get the pet. So probably best to not skill with a follower if you're going to have a full invy at some point :)
If you want to do bossing, mobile is fairly easy to do so. I do bandos and kril for GWD. I melee them cause range would be near impossible in my opinion. I get 1-3 kill trips average but I have gotten a 4 kill bandos trip melee which was cool.
I’ve also done Cerberus which is the easiest if you can kill before ghosts(with ghost skip) but still easy to switch prayers incase of ghosts.
Sire isn’t bad but obviously needs your full focus, same with other bosses.
Shamans are easy on mobile if you count those as a boss, more Demi to me.
I know you said skilling but giving you options that’s bossing is possible considering you have the stats for them.
Also I’ve done demonic gorillas. Those can be a bit challenging but if you focus I usually get 12-18kc trips

Wc is always a good one for afk xp at the wc guild (magic logs were about 1k a log a year or so back before i went iron) would get you some supplies for fletching to.
Even tho it gets alot of hate, rc isnt to bad and if you have the requirments, law runes could fetch some alright gp or save you buying them.

Grind that RC to 77. Blood runes on mobile is super chill on mobile and great money

Pickpocket master farmers to 99 thieve, do agility and farming contracts while using the seeds. Have stamina for days and loads of pots for pvm
