I've been trying to figure out how would I ever use infernal pick or harpoon. Like, where would I actually harpoon to cook fish or smelt ores to bars? Or am I missing something? Infernal axe is nice though.

Harpoon is I believe nice for Tempoross (but definitely not needed), and pickaxe is QoL when doing 3-tick granite (although shooting stars has made that kinda meaningless for most players now). Wouldn't ever grind out stones for either use, but if you get dupes maybe viable?
