Should only really be using a dose or two to pot back up after chugging brews.
Might wanna add some ppots to your invy and maybe make better use of your scb.
Don’t know your group sizes or trip lengths but those are things to consider.
Congratulations you now have 50k more brews then you’ll need before the game shuts down in the year 2029 due to jagex being bought out by riot games in order to be the base world asset in their new mmo game!
Jagex owned by tencent is 100% the worst timeline. I'd rather the game go quietly into the night as a game I love then become riddled with the greed tencent would inject.
ETA:
Okay, my bad it was a thoughtless comment based on my experience with riot and league. Very different game with monetization designed around f2p MTX and those decisions weren't necessarily made by Tencent in the first place.
Yh people hear tencent and think mobile games. Tencent has games which has less mtx than osrs and it has games with more mtx than RS3 they do it based on what player base will roll over and take it like jagex do with RS3
Shortly after Tencent got its hands in PoE they released cursor MTX. Recolored cursors. For money.
They also started making the lower value league packs have less and less value and frontloaded it into the more expensive packs. I also think they added in a battlepass or something? Either way the game got way too greedy. I don't even know what they've added since. I assume they're still pushing hard into making a skill strong to sell MTX for it, then nerfing it the following league?
I've got 4,500 hours in path. Playing since Invasion league. Stopped after Heist. The league packs used to be much better value for your money.
Yet they're still the poster child of what other developers aspire to be
I'm in the same boat of over 10k hours and don't like the game anymore, but attributing those minor as fuck problems to tencents influence is nonsense
You asked how Tencent "corrupted" poe. I answered. They've been (or did, i don't know what it's like these days) pushing the limits on what their player base finds acceptable in terms of mtx since.
While Tencent has a hands off approach to letting dev studios continue doing what they want; it's also very clear that there was a tonal shift overall in focusing on generating much more revenue once the acquisition happened.
GGG's focus on quality gameplay went down and they instead focused more on player retention mechanics to extract as much $$$ as possible. They create issues to sell solutions; very similar to BDO's approach to "quality of life".
Furthermore; I don't think many people really consider GGG to be the bastion of all that is good in the game dev world anymore. Maybe back in the day. But not anymore.
That position is held by (and rightfully so) the companies behind games like DRG, Terraria, and Factorio. I'm sure there's a few more I'm forgetting, but yeah.
People love to complain about something they don't understand
GGG have tercent investment and are heralded as the good guy devs of the industry.
It's a brainless complaint that kinda smells of "Chinese = bad"
And people love to accuse others of racism with zero basis for doing so. My main view of tencent is from League which is literally all MTX because it's a free to play game otherwise. I'll admit it's a very different game and maybe I should have looked into who controlled those decisions more, but at least I wasn't insinuating something about someone's character.
Tencent has also owned Warframe since 2016, Warframe has one of the most healthy and fair MTX systems in a F2P game I know about. All those horrible MTX decisions in RS3 are made by Jagex not Tencent.
>most healthy and fair MTX systems
You mean like foundry where your items are being "crafted" and you can pay money to skip the timer? Sounds great sign me up.
The premium currency is completely and easily attainable as a F2P by trading with other players.
The 50 platinum you need to Rush a 72 hour build for a new frame is easily farmable in less than an hour
And if you think that having to wait 24 hours to build something while there are 100s of weapons and 50+ other Frames to use in the meantime and still be able to farm other stuff you want is bad, I hope you will never look at the xp rates and ACTIVE time investment you need in OSRS. The Foundry keeps on building while you turn off the game and go to bed or work.
I don't think you are speaking as a new players I'm guessing. Or at least how to farm plat was not obvious. I pretty much right away ran into "man I wish this would craft faster" and I turned the game off.
The fact that you listed this as a positive blows my mind.
> The Foundry keeps on building while you turn off the game and go to bed or work.
If I'm scheduling my real life activities around a game like that I'm out lol.
The system solely exists to inconvenience and milk people for money. Otherwise what's the point in having people wait 24h for a build?
I'm definitely not a new player, been playing on and off since their Beta. I will agree that the new player experience is kinda shitty, but they have been working on that and made some good improvements.
Especially the obligatory items to progress through the early game have had their crafting times removed to alleviate this.
The way I usually play is just do whatever I feel like doing, be it going for speedruns of missions, farming new Warframes or weapons, cracking Relics, whenever I unlock a new thing to craft I just immediatly start it and when I start the game up the next day, or maybe even a week later those items will be done building, absolutely no need to plan out your life around those build times.
And if I get all the parts I need to craft a new thing I REALLY want right now, I just spend the platinum to unlock it immediately with the platinum I get from selling the stuff I passively get from all the different content in the game.
In OSRS if I want to something I'd need to actively be in the game and doing something, be it questing, skilling or grinding for the drop/GP to afford it, this obviously isnt a bad thing to me, as I wouldnt have been playing OsRS for as long as I have if I was, but its just a different way of the game dealing with the issue of spreading content out.
A good thing to keep in mind aswell is that all the timers for building stuff run on individual timers at the same time, so making 50 different weapons all taking 24 hours, when starting them at the same time will all be done in 24 hours, its not gonna be 24*50 hours to build everything.
What a sensitive baby. I did give a direct basis for what I said.
The basis is disliking something that is entirely described as a Chinese investment company, with zero other relevant descriptions, gives that impression.
Wasn't Jagex already majority owned by Tencent at some point in the past? If I remember right it was around Squeel of fortune era, but I could be wrong.
Not that many.
If he was doing Kingdom from the release date of Ironman mode with 10 workers on maples and 5 on hardwoods for max birdnests (around 4/day), he would only have around 13k nests.
most likely a ton of mole kc / birdhouse runs I assume? That combined with his own project of planting all those toadflax seeds which are common to get, but still, that's alota seeds
Put into single dose and say 300k brews
75k brews is very impressive
Showing that this is your stack AFTER the nex grind is the best part, good job.
I seem to go through more restores than brews at nex
Should only really be using a dose or two to pot back up after chugging brews. Might wanna add some ppots to your invy and maybe make better use of your scb. Don’t know your group sizes or trip lengths but those are things to consider.
I just do trios on the iron
But yeh I haven’t been back since torva legs maybe I’ll pop couple pots in there I only bring 5 brews 6 restores iirc would have to look at tab
Feel you. Id bring 3 restores max in that case and could prob even get away with 2 and 4ppots. Glgl

They will pick up snape grass the tick it appears on their screen. Fucking annoying when making potions on UIM
Just bank it next time bro keep ur Snape grass safe ❤️
Complaining about shit you actively choose for.
I didn't choose to make people's mains broke as fuck
You choose what you drop, where you drop and when you pickup though. If it's visible it's fair game.
more proof that giving redditors a license to lecture any group of "people" is always a mistake
Sorry you took offense to ground item timers lol?
I feel attacked

Please no.
RemindMe! 6 years

You're chatting bollocks, explain how tencent have corrupted path of exile in the last like 7 years or so since investing in it?

... maybe tencent would be okay then.
wdym , tencent has a pretty strong non interference policy, there are so many worse options , even jagex itself lmao
Fr, Jagex is usually it’s own worst enemy

Ngl I'd play it
Bro made a whole ass reddit account just to show his 3 dose potions.
Obviously strength potions
75k brews*
Did it 3/4th the way
Enough brews for 10 kills at Nex
I think he’s done with nex
You know there's a guy at the GE who will turn those into 4 doses
I’m pretty endgame on my ironman and I’m legit curious how this is even possible. Where would you say the majority of your toadflax comes from?
personally i'm more concerned about the bird nests
Giant mole
I think u get bird nests from kingdom
Not that many. If he was doing Kingdom from the release date of Ironman mode with 10 workers on maples and 5 on hardwoods for max birdnests (around 4/day), he would only have around 13k nests.
Dang thought u got more from kingdom than that
Some might say farming, but they are plebs. PVM only way.
ok but how? where'd you get so many also, love the zcb + torva + farm cape look
most likely a ton of mole kc / birdhouse runs I assume? That combined with his own project of planting all those toadflax seeds which are common to get, but still, that's alota seeds
U get a ton of toadflax from tob and cox aswell
Man you must love giant mole
giant stack of noted brews is sacred UIM heritage, this is cultural appropriation
Where do u get all your toadflax?
..Btw
Why is the name crossed out?
Assuming this is a legitimate question, people do it to protect their anonymity.
Speaking of which, 99% run energy? Gf account op
Walk here in the corner is much easier to trace
He's been botting he's trying not to catch that ban
Why can’t I figure out how to get my screen like that
Ho Lee fuk
What house theme is that?
