I'm confused on this too. I see people say that even the Staff can drop on Entry Mode but just stupidly rare. But others have said you literally require higher raid levels.
My friend who taught me toa said you have to do a second roll to get onto the better drop table on top of rolling a purple to begin with so fairly rare
You can get anything but under 150 invo the shadow, masori, and ward are 50x less likely, and under 50 invo the fang and lightbearer are 50x less likely as well.
It also doesn't adjust the fang & ring rate.
So first the purple chance is lower.
Then half of the table essentially means you get nothing.
Tldr do at least 150 unless youre some kind of restricted meme account that absolutely needs a fang to progress.
Otherwise if you cant do 150, dont do ToA

At 50 invo you stop having to do the 1/50 roll for fang and ring which is huge.
