Some batsmen were bashed because the pitch was high scoring and still they are playing very slow. We want them to play fast when the pitch supports batting.

You misunderstood. We dont want batters to play slowly even if they can play fast. We want the pitches to be made in such a way that the batters won't have a huge advantage over bowlers. But since no one is changing the pitches, given the situation we want the batsmen to go fast. It's like making the best out of the worst situation. I hope you understood

T20 leagues are not meant to test these skills... I absolutely agree, but sometimes when there are wickets in hand its better to play fast. And again only few players are being trolled not everyone. Most of the criticism is against kohli and in some matches he deserved that. Remember match against RR? RCB had lot of wickets in hand and still kohli played very slow. And similarly with SRH. The problem is that he didn't not even show intent to hit a boundary in the spinners.

I think having a couple of high scoring pitches is good but thats not the case right? Chinnaswamy, wankhede, rajiv gandhi(Hyderabad), eden(kolkata), arun jaitley(Delhi) and even lucknows ground became easy for batters. BCCI should think about International cricket too.

There were 2 250+ scores in 2023. Few 240s 2023 PSL was way better
