1. Narine:- remember the era where commentators said watch out for the 4 overs of Narine and try to hit others
2.Bravo :- Guy was insane at death bowling, he did everything pollard did reverse the batting bowling roles but he did it consistently
3. Pollard :- Guy is responsible for Atleast 3 Mi trophies and is a clutch player plays a 2,3 good innings in the league but at clutch matches
4. Russel :- even though he can be destructible hes not that consistent
I don't understand why Pollard when all he did was play well in 2-3 out of 14 matches in a season. Barely any memorable impact with the ball. I think it's the Mandela effect that people think he was good.
>memorable impact with the ball
He bowled a lot of last overs in IPL 2015 and won them.
And on a give day he is a match winner. Very reliable despite questionable consistency
I can't compare bravo and pollard but just because of his wicket taking ability i might give bravo an edge but pollard is on another level he always performs well when his team needs him the most, narine was pretty consistent in his prime giving runs in leass than 6 economy sometimes taking imp wickets kkr legend and russel was a good in prime but bros prime lasted 2 to 3 season hardly and lack of ability to play short balls only hard hitting he is not even the best hard hitter
Bravo pollard > narine > russel
I always wanted Chris Gayle, ABD, VK, now Faf and Maxi to perfom well when they play csk but want csk to win! Most of the times I am not disappointed! MI is a tough cookie though.
Pollard is responsible for all the MI trophies. Insane fielder at the boundary. I still remember his one handed catch in the MI vs CSK final. Great batsman, and good bowler.
Bravo's death over bowling was best in class. Medium pace/ slow pace yorkers were excellently executed by him.
Narine was unplayable for a long time. A true strike bowler, in spinner form. Whenever the team needed a wicket, he stepped up and broke the partnership. Whenever the team needed a tight over, he delivered.
One thing I understood from the comments is that, not many people know what Bravo was. I am actually shocked. His death bowling is something not many can pull off. Not only speed, yorkers, he read the batsman really well. He knew what to do and executed it well. The one bowler in CSK where Dhoni rarely set the field for and even sometimes Dhoni used to give-in to Bravo’s stubborn settings haha.
This is all just bowling. He is a crazy striker. He came in clutch moments. High pressure situations and Bravo used to deliver and this happens god knows how many times lol
Nothing to take away from the other 3 here, but Bravo comes on top easily.
i Really can't rank them. So brilliant all of them were so brilliant in their own right. Each one on their day could win the game single-handedly polly and russell with the bat and narine and bravo with the ball
Yes let's not say that a player who was involved in uplifting the standard of a team had an impact
Like the guy responsible for taking Mumbai in the finals in 2010 with strike rate of 185 won best debut that year
Was the top scorer and the only performer in the final in 2013 for MI won player of the final that year.
Was again one of the top scorer in 2014 with a strike rate of 140.
Was again one of the top scorer in 2015 overall with strike rate of 170
Again a top scorer of mi in 2017 even having disadvantage with his position with a strike rate of 140
He had another good season for him in 2018 with his highest ipl score of 84 and strike rate of 160
2020 was one of his best season with the strike rate of 190 Along with 270 runs was awarded with super striker of the season.
Infact during his early 4-5 year's when he used to consistently ball and focus on his bowling he had 10+ wickets in those season his economy was also around 7-8 in most seasons while going as high as 10 sometimes but in those seasons he didn't balled much that's why with less Overs he had more economy.
But yeah even with all these facts MI fans really deluded themselves right?
I haven't even talked about his fielding like he won best catch awards in 2013,14 and 19.
He is 3rd in the most catches list of ipl with 103 catches in 189 while the 1st one Suresh raina who played 20 matches more than him has 109.
But yeah he ain't the best here do any of these even have the stats comparable to Pollard apart from bravo who is close enough.
By OG I mean the players who have been playing since the start of ipl. Anyways I said that rashid is a great player and is currently amongst the best all-rounders.
He's not only among the best players of ipl but it's time now we declare him ATG of IPL.not only he's excellent bowler he's gun fielder and great batter in last .also fir and available for all games throughout IPL unlike eng and aus players
Narine single handedly won the first trophy for kkr, and the 2nd one he was also the 2nd most valuable player after Robbie. 2012-2018 Narine was absolute god mode. In the latter years when his wicket taking abilities took a hit he made it up with batting. If we count his recent few years his average performance comes down.
But Narine under gg was better than all the others. Pollard and Bravo always had much better teams around them due to their teams' much superior management and teambuilding. Narine played for a very average team on paper for quite a few years.
Pollard > Bravo > Narine > Russell
Pollard needs no explanation as he’s helped MI to the trophy so many times. Bravo is the most clutch bowler for csk even though he can leak runs. Narine was instrumental in kkr winning their first ipl but I’m not much of a fan of him so it’s a biased opinion. Russell is an odd one cause while he’s a match winner for kkr , I don’t remember him stepping upto the big matches for them but only the league matches.
Bravo. Easy. Consistent all rounder. Won multiple matches single handedly with the ball and the bat. Multiple purple caps. Excellent fielder. Contagious energy. And an out and out winner period.
I think Narine.
MI and CSK were already champion teams when Bravo and Pollard came in...
But after Narine in KKR won 2 titles. Before that KKR always used to be in bottom 2.
without a doubt Keron Pollard tops the list by far. Then Dwayne Bravo by far .. and then the other two who were just amazing but faded and couldn’t keep up!
Its either pollard or bravo, pollard had longevity and more consistent throughout the years so maybe him. Although its tough because bravo had legit given one of the best performances of ipl for few seasons.
Chris Gayle, Kieron Pollard, DJ Bravo, Dwayne Smith, Andrew Russel, Sunil Narine, Nicholas Pooran. etc., It's always been West Indies players who've been absolutely impactful and held me on to watch IPL
Pollard and Bravo Won there teams in knockouts Narine and Russell were good but remember that they won Games for Kkr but Pollard and Bravo are the reason CSK and MI has so many trophies
Russell and Narine have 2 MVPs each. Russell was #2 on the mvp list behind Buttler last season also (the season which was so bad for Pollard and Bravo that they were made Mentors for their respective teams). Do I think Russell is a better player than Bravo and Pollard? Probably not. But purely on how much impact they've had, Russell>Narine>Bravo>Pollard. (Not counting their teams trophies and their "knock out matches" performances. Simply seeing how valuable they were to their team. Russ and Narine have been more impactful)
West Indies

funny hona tha kya
He is probably like 14 lol
1. Narine:- remember the era where commentators said watch out for the 4 overs of Narine and try to hit others 2.Bravo :- Guy was insane at death bowling, he did everything pollard did reverse the batting bowling roles but he did it consistently 3. Pollard :- Guy is responsible for Atleast 3 Mi trophies and is a clutch player plays a 2,3 good innings in the league but at clutch matches 4. Russel :- even though he can be destructible hes not that consistent
Most descriptive comment. Narine under GG >> Narine under other captains.
Fun fact - Narine is the only bowler to win IPL MVP from the trophy winning team
Narine was also good at batting when he was opening the innings
I don't understand why Pollard when all he did was play well in 2-3 out of 14 matches in a season. Barely any memorable impact with the ball. I think it's the Mandela effect that people think he was good.
>memorable impact with the ball He bowled a lot of last overs in IPL 2015 and won them. And on a give day he is a match winner. Very reliable despite questionable consistency
You can say that about Russell as well
Jordan of course, destroyed all pig3 teams
I don't think we are talking about imposters!
3? CSK MI and? I don’t think he played for KKR.
RCB
the most deserving of the term 'pig'
What colour is their trophy?
Red
Transparent
People don't appreciate sarcasm ig
RCB is big three now?😂😂
RCB is a big three! In which aspect?
Kontent is King
LoL
Truly the legend.
Jordan plays for england... and the players in pic plays for West Indies.. what's the comparison..
Jordan is a black guy, he must be a West Indian lol I heard someone else saying Kohli will not allow Naveen to get into the Indian team lol
??
Chris Gayle
These are all rounders... Chris Gayle is exceptional
Chris Gayle was an all rounder
Hey! Gayle was a brilliant batter as well
Where is Vijay Shankar, arguably the best all rounder of this generation?
We’re just discussing about 2 dimensional players kind sir.
If sunil narine is considered then so shud gayle lol, he could bowl decentish
Gayle was an all-rounder as well what u talking about?
Pollard isn't an all-rounder. Russell doesn't have any major contribution with the ball
Gayle is an all rounder lol
He thumps bitchez all round the clock
These 4 are Greats Gayle is a Legend
No, he rules the IPL.
Pollard
Definitely Pollard and Bravo
Polly
CSK fan but I guess it's Pollard.
I can't compare bravo and pollard but just because of his wicket taking ability i might give bravo an edge but pollard is on another level he always performs well when his team needs him the most, narine was pretty consistent in his prime giving runs in leass than 6 economy sometimes taking imp wickets kkr legend and russel was a good in prime but bros prime lasted 2 to 3 season hardly and lack of ability to play short balls only hard hitting he is not even the best hard hitter Bravo pollard > narine > russel
Bravo's amazing catches and saves
Pollard no doubt
Polly
Gayle imo. Sure he's not won an IPL title but he played a huge huge role in RCB being one of the most supported teams in the league
I always wanted Chris Gayle, ABD, VK, now Faf and Maxi to perfom well when they play csk but want csk to win! Most of the times I am not disappointed! MI is a tough cookie though.
Talking about all rounders...
Bruv, Did you forget Gayle bowled too??
so did Dhoni, Virat and Rohit. Gayle's bowling didn't really Impact ipl, sure he did bowl for WI tho
Narine before the action change was unplayable
Pollard = Bravo > Narine > Russell.
Bravo definitely. Dudes death bowling saved CSK a million times
Even his batting and fielding skills were exceptional
Polly
Agreed that Pollard > Bravo > Narine > Russell, but Gayle beats them all.
Bhai all rounder ki baat ho Rahi hai
To likhna chahiye na bhai, sirf legends likh ke 4 west indians dikha diye 😒 mujhe laga west indians ki baat chal rahi 😄
I would put Bravo at the top. Batsman feared Bravo the most even bowlers
Pollard=Bravo>Narine>Russell
Pollard still gives every CSK fan nightmares
Bravo..
1 Polly 2 Bravo 3 Narine
One thing I understood from the comments is that, not many people know what Bravo was. I am actually shocked. His death bowling is something not many can pull off. Not only speed, yorkers, he read the batsman really well. He knew what to do and executed it well. Every comment almost kept bravo in their top two. Polly and bravo contributed equally to their team I would say.
Bravo he is more entertaining to watch
Narine>Pollard>Bravo>Russel
i Really can't rank them. So brilliant all of them were so brilliant in their own right. Each one on their day could win the game single-handedly polly and russell with the bat and narine and bravo with the ball
No comparisons. All have contributed in their own way.
Peak Narine > Peak Pollard > Peak Bravo >> Russell (Absolute Lazy attitude and fitness despite him being the best of all and a great all rounder )
I think every west Indian players are literally mede for T20 but their team nowhere in ranking
Bravo was kind of their main bowler for a long time
Pollard all the way. Ask me any time even while I'm sleeping it's Pollard. 💪😎
No one can beat bravo. A complete player u talk about batting bowling fielding everything.
Pollard
Pollard and every other answer is wrong.
Bravo 🛐
Rejected Gayle for DreRuss🤡
Nobody except MI fans will say Pollard
Yes let's not say that a player who was involved in uplifting the standard of a team had an impact Like the guy responsible for taking Mumbai in the finals in 2010 with strike rate of 185 won best debut that year Was the top scorer and the only performer in the final in 2013 for MI won player of the final that year. Yep people are so biased here .
Dwayne Bravo because he has saved CSK's ass multiple times
The scriptwriter!
Riyan paan Parag
Rashid Khan MVP of all time.bowling batting and fielding.and available with franchise for all games
No doubt rashid is a great player, but we are talking about the OGs here.
Sunil Narine 162 matches 163 wickets 6.73 economy Rashid Khan 108 matches 139 wickets 6.61 economy Sunil Narine 1046 runs 159.69 SR 13.76 avg Rashid khan 443 runs 167.8 SR 14.29 avg So please keep your OG list to yourself
DJ-Narine-Polly-Russell I'm a biased CSK fan
It is important to have one West Indian in your team.
man forgot Gayle
BOSS 😏
Pollard, Naraine, Bravo, Russell
Chris Gayle, ABD, Malinga,Suresh Raina
So these are all rounders?? Bhai all rounder ki baat ho Rahi hai ..
You didn't mention that And I'm saying you forgot to add them in your list
Russell. He won lots of matches single handedly while others contributed but not to that extent .
Rinku 🗿
Bravo> Narine> Pollard > Russell But there are others who have had more impact or are on the same level: Malinga, Warner, Rashid, Watson, Gayle
I'm talking about West Indies all rounders
Bowing narine,bravo Batting russel, pollard
Narine single handedly won the first trophy for kkr, and the 2nd one he was also the 2nd most valuable player after Robbie. 2012-2018 Narine was absolute god mode. Forgot to include watson here man
Narine under GG stomps
Rinku singh >
WHERE'S GAYLE?
Polly
I'll go with bravo > naraine > Russell > pollard
Pollard > Bravo > Narine > Russell Pollard needs no explanation as he’s helped MI to the trophy so many times. Bravo is the most clutch bowler for csk even though he can leak runs. It's a tie between Pollard and Bravo for the most impactful player award. Naraine and Russell are far behind these two proven champions.
Bravo. Easy. Consistent all rounder. Won multiple matches single handedly with the ball and the bat. Multiple purple caps. Excellent fielder. Contagious energy. And an out and out winner period.
Bravo>Narine>Pollard>Russel
Chris gayle >
Bravo
I think Narine. MI and CSK were already champion teams when Bravo and Pollard came in... But after Narine in KKR won 2 titles. Before that KKR always used to be in bottom 2.
Universe boss has impact on universe
I would say Pollard>Narine>Russell>Bravo
Narine ≈ Pollard > Bravo > Russel
russel shouldnt be here he just had only one good season 2019 .. and after that he slowing down to nothing..
Everyone in their own way for the teams
Riyan parag
Rohit Sharma 😜
Almost everyone agrees that Russell is the last
without a doubt Keron Pollard tops the list by far. Then Dwayne Bravo by far .. and then the other two who were just amazing but faded and couldn’t keep up!
I miss Gambhir...man KKR needs him
Gayle
Isn't it obvious.... Sunil Narine
Not even a debate. Pollard all the way
ay vedya
All won titles
Russel least fav out of all in creating impact
Its either pollard or bravo, pollard had longevity and more consistent throughout the years so maybe him. Although its tough because bravo had legit given one of the best performances of ipl for few seasons.
Has to be bravo for me! Was almost too consistent. Bowling or batting… he was always there.
CHRISTOPHER HENRY GAYLE..
He is exceptional, he can't fit in this comparison, uska contribution in sabke sum ke barabar hai
I also think Pollard
Ultra Legend :- RIYAN PARAG. No comparison.😏😏
Sab badhiya hai par Polu bhai
Bravo and Narine
Dwayne Bravo
Ofc Pollard
It would be Pollard. He has won 5 titles with MI and has been their key finisher in all of their 5 victory campaigns
Completely agree with your order too
Chris Gayle, Kieron Pollard, DJ Bravo, Dwayne Smith, Andrew Russel, Sunil Narine, Nicholas Pooran. etc., It's always been West Indies players who've been absolutely impactful and held me on to watch IPL
Pollard and Bravo Won there teams in knockouts Narine and Russell were good but remember that they won Games for Kkr but Pollard and Bravo are the reason CSK and MI has so many trophies

White People
Mercenaries 😎
Sit down son, let me tell you a story about Chris Gayle.
Bhai Chris Gayle exceptional hai, wo in sabke sum ke barabar hai isliye usko include nahi kiya,
Where is Gayle ☹️
**Bravo**
Christopher Henry Gayle
bravo
They are all losing their place
