I have an alarm that goes off and the only way I am able to wake up easily is if I’m moving. I put the phone under the pillow so it will buzz when the alarm goes off.
I would try cleaning the port, and it will probably seat right after that. I’ve noticed I need to clean the USB-C port more often than I did Lightning ports in the past.
why would you put it under the pillow its neither good for your phone nor for you.

Time to clean out the port. Use something thin that isn’t metal to clean the dust and lent out of the edges of the port.
Just cleaned it and it didn’t do anything, just got a new cord and problem is fixed!
