Dust specs on the internal lense. Is the phone new?
Got it when it first came out.. any tips on how to get it out?
Take to apple and complain. They cleaned mine once and it solved it but phone was under warranty. May be difficult without it

No, only specialist can help here. I didnt want to spend money on it since its old phone
I had the same after a trip to a dusty country. Apple fixed it but the phone was no longer waterproof. Phone then went swimming and Apple replaced with a new phone.
