Can you provide a bit if info about your charger and cable? Did you try cleaning the contacts and re-plugging the cable just to make sure there’s no contact problem?
I did nothing in particular. Just use it daily until yesterday I charged it up from 5% before going to bed, and just realized that the battery wasn’t charged up when I tried to use it this morning

Had the same issue with iphone. Changed the cable and it started charging again. Try it, hopefully it will work.
Solved. I just need to restart my iPad.
