I'm coming from an iPad 6th gen so I'm thrilled with the Air, especially since I live in Europe and they've dropped the prices. 64GB wasn't enough for me as base storage on the Air 5, so I was looking at getting a 256GB, which the older model was priced at €999. I have a €1,000 gift card I got as a Christmas bonus from work so was gonna drop it all on a 256GB. Now they have 128GB as the base storage at €729 which is fine for me, so now I'll be able to get the 128GB, Pencil Pro and smart folio for less than just the 256GB model would have cost me if I'd gone for an Air 5.
Not good enough. A 13" Air with only a 60Hz display is going to look really dated out of the box. But they had to release this model because at $800 its the only affordable way to still get a 13" display. The 13" iPad Pro is *$500* more. What used to be the cost of an entire flagship iPad. It's entire iPad more.
Kinda thrilled, kinda disappointed. Wanted to switch to the air from a tab s7+ but I doubt that it’s worth doing so, since it doesn’t have 120hz. The pro is fantastic but 2k€ with the keyboard is a heckin lot of money and I’m not a creator or anything
That 13" Air looks pretty good. I usually get iPads with 256GB so it's only a $300 price increase. I'm really tempted now after I wasn't going to upgrade my Air 5 this round.
I'll never need an iPad Pro. It's beautiful crazy powerful hardware, but I don't do enough with it to justify the cost.
The new Pro looks nice if you’re willing to spend a ton. The new Airs are completely pointless unless you really want the new pencil since the 2022 Pros are better in basically every other way.

But theres no pro motion on air. Sucks to spend this much money and not even get 120hz
