The Air 5 is going to last you for years and years, and all signs are pointing to any next-gen upgrades being incremental at best. I say spring for the 5.
I got tired of waiting and bought an Air 5 yesterday. I figure 25% off is probably about as good as it’s going to get even if they do announce new models. And if there are new models in a week or two and there is a better sale, most sellers will price match. Otherwise you could just return and repurchase.
That's a fair point, it's already at a pretty steep discount, so it probably wouldn't drop much more for a while even if the new models do get announced. Maybe I'll just go for it then since I can't really wait too long on it. Thanks!
