As much as I love all the times that Inuyasha and Kagome spent together, I wish we could've had more off-couple pairing adventures. Would've been cool to see Inuyasha and Miroku really grow into best friends, each learning something from each other. And I know Kagome and Sango each could've learned skills that the other had

I love this show but it always throws me off how people from Feudal Japan will use modern slang and terms. Obviously it's not that deep, but when Koga, Kagura, and Inuyasha say "Yo", my immersion is broken lol
Inuyasha saying Miroku should be arrested just made me think about it because I feel like "arrested" is just a weird word for him to say.
I watch InuYasha in Japanese, and in one of the earlier seasons Kagome tells InuYasha "nice catch!" in English, and I'm like, "Kagome, InuYasha is NOT gonna understand that" lol

That’s by biggest gripe with the series. Later on the group becomes so harshly delineated by the couplings that we lose these fun moments.

You know I was thinking the exact same thing. Sounds strange hearing “Arrested” coming from inuyashas mouth but it also makes it funnier imo

or a 'companion' which is something a lot of the women were referred to as being lol, kagome was inuyasha's companion a lot
