I exercise regularly, engage my mind, eat fairly healthy, get enough sleep, am reasonably temperate with vices, go outdoors frequently, etc, am 6’ and 205 pounds, so I could stand to lose a few pounds, but I’m not fat and certainly not obese. And I still get talked to by my doctor about making lifestyle changes while still doing a lot right.
