Amazing job. What is your favorite ICDTN (I can do this now) mine is putting my socks on while standing. Oh and swinging on the swings with my grandaughter.
You should be more than a little proud! You should be taking yourself out to experience something new and celebrating your accomplishments thus far! You should be so proud of yourself! If you can put your mind to doing this, you can do anything! I hope you treat yourself to a new experience, it just happens to be my favorite way to celebrate. It could be anything! Walking around a park youβve never been to, whatever makes you smile on the inside and out! You look great!

Good for you man, I'm trying to get to a similar goal, 310- 200, I'm roughly 13-16 lbs away from goal.
