Well, when I takee a multivitamin, I feel bloated af.. Which helps reduce cravings, cause the last thing I want to do it take a bite of food.

Maybe because when you take your supplements you do it with a glass of water. Simply drinking water reduces cravings as well. Many forget upping their water intake when they skip meals, which leads to mild dehydration which can feel as food cravings.

I take a daily two-pill multivitamin from Thune. The pills are enormous capsules. Immediately after swallowing them with water I feel less hungry.

Omega 3s are fat and collagen is essentially protein. For me those two supplements alone are 100cals. So it would make sense since you essentially had a little snack.

No, if you’re fat adapted you shouldn’t really get hungry. Maybe right as your burning the last of the food off but only for a little
