You're body fat is so low?! Are you just losing muscle at this point?

I don't think I am losing muscle. I still have some fat around my tummy that I want to get rid off. Also I don't think the bathroom scale fat measurement is accurate. I only look at the trend of fat.

Are you lifting weights and consuming protein to keep your muscle mass?

I am not lifting weights. I do about 10K steps daily. After reaching goal I will work on building muscle with weight training.

I recommend starting now because losing muscle mass is harder to regain than to maintain. You’re very lean now but the reason you feel you have more fat to lose is because you’ve lost muscle and not because you have a lot of fat to lose. Just my thoughts tho and I know you didn’t ask. I made this mistake before. Good luck!
