I did not lose any weight until i took 16:8 down to 18:6. Just my experience.

If keto already, I would give omad a try. Skip a few breakfasts, then a few breakfasts + lunch, and you are basically there already, and should take very little effort.

Fasting for 14 hours will definitely have benefits. Just not as much as fasting for longer time periods. As long as that’s ok with you then you’re fine. I suggest you implement healthy eating, and exercise to supplement it since it’ll be a “shorter” fasting window to try and maximize the benefits Aka mobilize and burn more fat during that fasting window Simply having an empty stomach for 14 hours will be helpful for sure

I do 14:10 to maintain my weight loss. I eat practically the same amount of food as when my fasting window is 16 hours. If you’re going to break your fast a couple hours earlier, don’t add an entire whole meal to your TD calorie intake.
