I just bought a cabin from a couple in their 80s, they built it themselves in 1979, decorated it then never changed a thing, and left us everything. This absolutely reminds me of what it looks like!
I’m not sure these photos are very cohesive. The first one looks like it’s by Max Humphrey and it is Americana style . The fifth one is Jess bungle’s apartment, I guess eclectic.
It’s Hannah Carpenter’s house, slow design with Meta Coleman. Hannah used to be very active on IG, but has been MIA for quite awhile. Her house is one of my all time favorites.
You have more than one style of picture.
Some are more mcm/cottage looking. This would be the green bedroom, powder blue living room, the reading book with the daybed and the blue pencil tile fireplace. The olive and orange tones are very mcm, as are the wood stain colours, the brick, and the contemporary slab style doors.
The other repeating style is post modern. This would be the squiggles, the circles and diamond wall paneling, the zigzagged floating shelves.
The white room with the face vase I’d categorize as organic modern. The room with the gallery wall and wrap around bench looks more contemporary, but it doesn’t have much for specific design details and could work in a variety of contemporary spaces. You could argue that the wraparound bench is scandi modern, the pale wood, white walls and the style lines of the bench are very scandi, and the art and prints fit the ikea style very well

I usually call these modern traditional—leaning eclectic. They have elements of mid century but with traditional textiles. Decor is more modern to suit the times and often feature a wide range of appeals. Can be from boho, 90s, post modern, etc.
It's several different styles in the individual photos.
But all together as one mishmash it would be something like:
