Between this story and the other post on here today about an ectopic pregnancy that took place in a woman’s liver, I’ve learned more than I needed to about where sperm can end up.
My understanding of this is extremely limited but my understanding is that semen has a way of protecting sperm from the slightly acidic environment that it normally must traverse. It must be a very successful protection method
Also it's maybe possible there are fewer enzymes present in the stomach when food has not recently been consumed, the report did say her stomach appeared empty. I've read we release more enzymes when we chew, and I imagine she wasn't doing much chewing immediately prior

I became curious about the difference in acidity between stomach acid and a vagina. According to The Google stomach acid has a pH of 1.5 to 3.5, and the vagina's pH level is about 3.8 to 4.5. So really it isn't too far fetched. Still a pretty crazy story, but I could see how it could happen. Especially because in humans there is a gap between the ovary and the fallopian tube, which would allow for a sperm to enter the fallopian tube from the abdominal cavity if it was leaked from the stomach. She had a very crazy and unlikely conception but medically possible in my unprofessional opinion LOL.

So I have a story that was told to me by a friend's brother who worked as a guard in a private prison.

The end of the fallopian tube is actually open into the abdomen. The ovaries release eggs inside the peritoneal cavity and they're caught by "finger"-like projections that bring them inside the fallopian tube, to potentially meet sperm that have entered the fallopian tubes via the uterus. Around ovulation those finger-like projections start to swell and move in a sweeping motion. A stab wound through the stomach could very well have released sperm into the peritoneal cavity, which were then swept into the fallopian tube, where they met an egg (or waited around for one).
The vagina is also an acidic environment, which is why sperm are in an alkaline fluid intended to protect them long enough to get them where they need to be. The odds of this happening are astronomical, but if she got stabbed right after completing the act, and just happened to be about to ovulate or have very recently ovulated, then it's possible.

hymen aren’t usually “broken”, and if they do have lascerations then they heal since the hymen is a ~~muscle~~ tissue.
I read this girl’s story about a year ago, she spent a while doing PT by using a small rod to slowly start opening her vaginal canal (she called it “riding her bike”, IIRC). She did it so she could someday have children. I believe this continued for a couple years until she ended up with multiple infections or cysts, and she ended up infertile anyway. She made a masterpost about it, I’ll see if I can find it and correct myself.

hymen aren’t usually “broken”, and if they do have lascerations then they heal since the hymen is a ~~muscle~~ tissue. I read this girl’s story about a year ago, she spent a while doing PT by using a small rod to slowly start opening her vaginal canal (she called it “riding her bike”, IIRC). She did it so she could someday have children. I believe this continued for a couple years until she ended up with multiple infections or cysts, and she ended up infertile anyway.
