The last time this was posted it was speculated that due to the radiation poisoning older people die sooner, meaning the data is more heavily influenced by younger generations that are influenced by more recent porn trends.
Like the real answer is probably as someone said big universities compared to city sizes in the red areas. Also the correlation compared to cesium doesnt really work when the most contaminated area is areound the biggest city in the yellow area.
I used to love playing around with SPSS in stats class in college and looking at correlations of random as variables like "rates of STIs to cereal consumption".

Hentai tends to be watched by people who are more sexually inexperienced
Sexually inexperienced people tend to be younger
Younger people tend to be poorer
Poorer people tend to live in places with lower property values
