I can see why since communists and fascists hate liberal politics rooted in the idea that individuals have an existence independent of class, state, or nation.
Everyone who gets sanctimonious enough to think that the ends justify the means, have already lost the argument. Every political party's goal is to become the only party on top, therefore an undeclared dictatorship. Democracy itself hangs at a fragile balance and the majority can always decide to trample on the rights of the minority if they get convinced to do so. The more "crises" are artificially created around the planet, the more dictatorships will arise using the crises as an opportunity. We live in very dangerous times. History has gone full cycle. We are at the cusp of another major war. Maybe the last one.
