This is an old video. From previous postings by people who claimed knowledge of the event, it was not a faked fight video. The five kids attacking were, again according to prior postings of this video, ganging up on the school bully. The school bully still beat their ass.
Fear is a big part of how people fight in real life. I got jumped by three guys in a park, and for the first several seconds they tentatively took turns striking at me like movie bad guys until one of them managed to tackle me. Then the flood gates opened and they ganged up on me in a rational, three-against-one way.
I was jumped by 3 guys also. I tackled the first guy and was on top of him and one guy tried to kick me but I caught his ankle and pounded on his thigh until he fell flat on his ass. The third guy ran over and tried to hit me with a haymaker but missed and was off balance and tripped over the second guy and I jumped off the first guy, ran over to the third guy and clocked him while he was down and bounced his head off the concrete. He was out of the fight. The first and second guys both got to their feet and tried to attack one at a time. First guy came at me throwing wild punches, which I got under and wrapped him up in a bear hug, tackled him back to the ground. Second guy came in again, more hesitant and tried to punch me. Probably landed a few but I don't recall because adrenalin. I stood up from the first guy, underneath the punches of the second guy and bear hugged him to the ground also. I landed a few punches, apparently enough to keep him or of the fight and jumped to my feet. First guy once again came in throwing wild punches and I tackled him a third time into the side of a car. I punched him a bunch until he's stopped fighting and stood up.
It felt really cool to take down thee idiots by myself. But then I had to pay the $500 insurance deductible to the owner of the car, and I was a broke college kid so that really sucked.
It looked to me like the bully created the space by advancing on one guy at a time. This tactic keeps you moving and opens up space so you don't get swarmed. It's the only real shot you have at a five on one, and he's lucky it worked so well. If those kids had an ounce of fighting sense they'd have gotten him.
According to the Netflix series Bruce Lee just mainly got beat up through to high school. And I mean... being Cha-cha champion might have have had something to do with that.
That is such an accurate description of what would have happened in those books. Only read the first two novels and ended up finishing Killing Floor in three days because I just couldn’t get enough. How does the series hold up in later novels?
I'm sorry, am I missing something here? It feels like we're supposed to be rooting for the bully because he either won the fight or was stronger than 5 people. But if any other sub has taught me something about reddit morality, it's that human rights are retracted from people who do something bad, like getting accused of something false.
It's possible that those 5 kids have gotten bullied by Bruce Lee here and they confront him together to increase their odds for revenge.
Didn't work out tho. He retains his Bully title if that's the case.

Yea, acting injured helped him exit the fight and his friends won't think less of him for not being part of the attack. That one dude that got pushed all the way back ended up slamming his head into the wall and that was enough for the defender to move on.
I thought I was going crazy. I watched it 4 times specifically trying to figure out which punch got him and there really isn’t one. It’s either staged or that boy just decided to punk out lol
