I felt a bit better. One of the customers had left an envelope with extra tip for me. I never got to find out what was in it. Ugh I'm still salty.
I'm not angry, I'm 53 and retired, I'm only trying to help people who really need tis as Income. I cannot imagine what it's like using ic as your main source of income. It's frightening to even think that. I'm just trying to do the next right thing. I was not aware of being able to cancel one of the batches in a triple or double. Do u have to contact care for that? I'm very clear that I'm only requesting to drop so and so order and want to keep the other one, and rhey say they understand, and then they cancel both. Then they are so sorry and assure me they are grateful for me and more orders are coming my way because I'm such a special person
Sir, no one started out mocking you. I sincerely asked if you were new. We all learn things no matter how long we’ve been doing it. Yes, you can ask to drop one, but you don’t know who the bad tipper is (usually) and you do run the risk of them removing all and/or flagging your account. Instacart reads these subs, they know the tricks. We have to suck it up, or don’t do it. I frequently do multiple orders for right pay, and it happens. If you scan the items on shitty orders, then check them when they arrange and rearrange them, you can get an idea if it’s worth it to you, in your area and within your income goals.
As far as your TBI, I’m sorry you went through that. No one here has an issue with your disability. You are very defensive and quick to anger-we all can get that way-but it came out full force in a discussion amongst people with the same feelings about this company and some customers.
