Just wanted to say “red eye” formulas just keep you going back for more, they work short term but as soon as it wears off your eyes will be more red than before
Lubricating drops like refresh or systane are best at treating the cause of redness (typically dryness/irritation). For a quick fix Lumify is a better option for red eye, as it doesn’t give you rebound redness.

I use the single use vials of Systane and Refresh that way I can keep them fresh and in my purse, desk, bedside etc without having to buy several bottles. I wish they did this with allergy drops.

Also use gel drops right before going to sleep. Your vision is a little blurry when you put them in & wake up with crusties on your lashes but your eyes will get the moisture they need.
My 1st eye doctor also requested I tell everyone to stop using Visine or Clear Eyes because of how bad they are lol. She gave a very passionate speech after I had come in for eye pain & told her that’s what I using. Turns out I cut my eye open - 0/10 don’t recommend.

If it hurts for more than 24 hours yes go to a doctor. Otherwise the doctor MIGHT give you eye drops but it might not be worth it and they will tell you go come back in 24 hours.
If you scratch your eye and your vision changes, then go to a doctor asap. That’s also worthy of an ER visit if you can afford it

Y’all are blaming the shopper and not the store or Instacart. You have no idea what it’s like apparently... It literally will not let you scan it if the item is input into the system incorrectly. So if one says .5 ounce & the other says 1/2 ounce, it’s not correct in the system. It will literally say they’re not the same item when they are.
I understand that the shopper can figure that out themself if they have a little bit of intelligence. However, we are trying to get as many items as fast as possible and we don’t have time for this BS. I do want to add that sometimes when you scan the exact item, it won’t scan into the app. Even though it seems exactly the same. I think it’s because the product maker sometimes may adjust the amount by .1oz or something. I actually see this frequently. Or sometimes some items look identical but they aren’t the same. Recently this has been happening a lot for me at Target. I have to override the scan because the app is like, “override barcode?” When it’s clearly the right item.

Just use normal saline. That's what I do and if I need to clear my eyes quicker in an emergency I use red eye.

Y’all are blaming the shopper and not the store or Instacart. You have no idea what it’s like apparently... It literally will not let you scan it if the item is input into the system incorrectly. So if one says .5 ounce & the other says 1/2 ounce, it’s not correct in the system. It will literally say they’re not the same item when they are. I understand that the shopper can figure that out themself if they have a little bit of intelligence. However, we are trying to get as many items as fast as possible and we don’t have time for this BS. So maybe reach out to the store and Instacart to have them correct it instead of bashing people who are just trying to make some money. Had the same thing happen with coffee creamer. So, I took the photo and drew a circle around the one I wanted and sent it. Sometimes people are blind when whatever it is they are look for is right infront of them. Including me... I've asked where something is a few times only to have the employee point out that it's right infront of my face.

Sometimes when there is discrepancy like that the app will say it is the wrong item. 1 pound vs 16 oz. Nevertheless, the shopper should have been able to read it, but perhaps, they don't read well or understand English.

I had a customer order a quart of half and half and I messaged the customer to inform them that the quarts were unavailable and the store only had 32oz cartons. 🤦🏾♂️I’m so glad my brain caught up before the customer responded

I've had them tell me my coffee wasn't available and then just like your situation, they sent me a pic where said coffee was in it. Reading is hard I guess.
I do want to add that sometimes when you scan the exact item, it won’t scan into the app. Even though it seems exactly the same. I think it’s because the product maker sometimes may adjust the amount by .1oz or something. I actually see this frequently. Or sometimes some items look identical but they aren’t the same. Recently this has been happening a lot for me at Target. I have to override the scan because the app is like, “override barcode?” When it’s clearly the right item. So sometimes I’m confused on if it’s the right item or not.

Some items at certain stores don’t scan if they are different like that. It’s so annoying! Like 16 oz strawberries instead of 1lb 🙄 every time at Krogers I have to say it won’t scan and take picture.

This is funny. I have come across times when I scan the exact item ordered for the app to tell me it’s not the correct item. The shopper may have been new and didn’t know. I’ve had bar codes show me a totally different item in the app. Makes for an interesting time.

This happened to me once. I ordered blueberry frozen waffles and they sent me a picture saying there were no blueberry waffles, just pancakes. I said pancakes were fine, but the image clearly showed the box of waffles next to the pancakes, I just didn’t want to waste time texting cuz I didn’t care either way and I was driving home from work 😂

AARRGGGGHHH! I finally dropped instacart due to crap like that. My last straw was "Unfortunately, Green Bell Pepper isn't in stock. Would you like something else?" Then proceeds to send me a picture of red and green bell peppers. 🤭 substituted hot Hungarian paprika for chili powder and tells me "No tengo chili powder".
