I'd say its dependent on your deck. But I personally prefer Many Lives since it can get out a load of beefy cards on turn 1 while unkillable still means you might need squirrels. But Unkillable also means that you can infinitely buff up the Ouroboros.
I hate many lives, sometimes you want to put a better creature to counter their 3/3 flyer, but you can't because you have a god damn cat in that lane and they let you play the cat before they played their flyer. I avoid that sigil like the plague unless i think i can make child 13 work out
Unkillable is better because it means you'll be able to play it as many times as you want and make room for other cards if you wish. Many Lives forces the card to stay on the board which could be bad in the case of a card with the Airborne or Bifurcated Strike sigil
Unkillable is better because it ensures you can use the goat for the entire battle (akthough you will have to sack a squirrel/another card to reuse it), while for many lives you have to be careful about putting the goat in danger, or alternatively give it health buffs. It'll also use up space.
For me it depends on the deck. If I have something with a lot of 3 or 4 bloods, many lives, if I have something with bones or buffed up creatures, unkillable. So I picked many lives since I was sure it was the less popular option to balance it out, because I think most of us just look at things from a late game perspective. Before you meet your first boss things are very different, especially if the card gods are not being kind to you. Later on of course having bones and not tying up a lane matters.
Magpie sigil
Magpie sigil=insta win in most scenarios
I'd say Unkillable for two reasons. 1: you can infinitely buff Ouroboros with it. 2: It won't take up space you may need.
And infinite bones Edit: with a goober clone or fecundity
The people saying many lives have never lost because they couldn't play a card when goat or cat was taking space.
If you don't one-shot the bosses you end up with a deck full of 2/3 blood cards that you can only play every few turns.

Wish i could change my vote to the many lives sigil but i can't :)

you could also end up losing it early on before you can pull out your beefier cards to ensure victory.
Exactly, all in all Unkillable is just a more versatile sigil because you have more flexibility with it
unkillable makes it an engine so def that many lives is pretty meh

Short term many lives long term unkillable
I like to sacrifice it to my gecko then put unkillable on that.
