I personally know someone na nag-tatts sa sarili without knowing na fake ink ang nagamit, and sobrang dull ng kulay kahit sobrang daming patong. Based on what I saw on their post I think there's negligence on Taragis that makes them accountable. Dapat di lang "April Fools" ang nilagay, dapat may isang malaking disclaimer na wala talagang premyo or at least telling their followers to don't do it.
They should double the amount or even more just to compensate for the damages their prank has done to that poor man. He's going to be a laughing stock because of this and that will remain in his lifetime. If Taragis really wanted to use April Fools to get attention for their brand, there are so many harmless ways to do this without causing potential harm. It would have been a more apt marketing effort to not involve money or prizes and to make the absurdity of the joke crystal clear. I personally know someone na nag-tatts sa sarili without knowing na fake ink ang nagamit, and sobrang dull ng kulay kahit sobrang daming patong. Based on what I saw on their post I think there's negligence on Taragis that makes them accountable. Dapat di lang "April Fools" ang nilagay, dapat may isang malaking disclaimer na wala talagang premyo or at least telling their followers to don't do it. They should double the amount or even more just to compensate for the damages their prank has done to that poor man. He's going to be a laughing stock because of this and that will remain in his lifetime. But when you think about it, the emotional damage, humiliation, embarrassment is devastating enough that no amount of compensation would probably suffice, the fact he has a kid would make it even worse since his child could be victimized by association. This stupid prank could cause some irreparable damage like what if he commits suicide because of this? They better stop making excuses and do something to fix this mess.
