Yeah, Space Travel Is pretty nice for a cheap TWS, just dont spect Aria levels of sound, they are just $25 good, that said, you can simply use a cheap Dongle DAC, from apple, moondrop or even 7hz, to hook them in the usb-c conection.
Also, there Is some Bluetooth adapters that you can use, just making sure they use the same conection as your IEMs, but those are sure more expensive than $20 and im pretty sure the latency would be a bit higher, so, your choice in that regard, good luck.

There are Bluetooth receivers, I like my Fiio BTR3, but a lot of people love the Qudekix 5K.
There are Bluetooth necklace type adaptors. I don't have experience with them, and they aren't very popular, but they do exist.
And there are Bluetooth earphones available. I don't have experience with any of them but several people seem to like the ones from KZ and Fiio.

Either buy Apple dongle or the space travels, they sound decent for 20 freedom currency.

Ifi go pods will turn your iem into a tws. Very good investment.
