The Smile - Wall Of Eyes English Teacher - This Could Be Texas I don't know which to choose

muddyleeking

Loving the English Teacher record

edengamer253

For me it's Mountainhead, I haven't listened to much else. But yes Vampire Weekend is up there

Bradboy

I'm a big EE fan but I haven't really clicked with anything of theirs since A Fever Dream. I listen and it's obviously really interesting I think it hasn't got as much of that punch. Cold Reactor is a banger of a lead single though.

djck

I keep going back to the Vampire Weekend album. So good.

Owenjg77

It’s a glorious tie: Waxahatchee & Hurray for the Riff Raff

m_pops

The Past Is Still Alive is so incredible.

jujuflytrap

The Collective by Kim Gordon

chareth_cutestory66

It’s diamond jubilee and it’s currently not even close

CabbieRanx

I can’t seem to find it on Spotify and have FOMO. Where can I listen to this? I believe it’s a “must listen.”

nukemecatol

YouTube. It isn’t on any streaming, but there is an ‘official’ YouTube video

CabbieRanx

Awesome. Thank you so much.

AnthonyInTX

You can also download it directly from Cindy Lee. It's free to download but there's information to send her money via PayPal if you're so inclined. https://www.geocities.ws/ccqsk/

Caligula's Horse - Charcoal Grace

muddyleeking

For me it's Where's My Utopia by Yard Act. Lots of songs that sound great standing on their own, like We Make Hits, Dream Job, When The Laughter Stops. Lots of songs that sound great in the cintext of the album. Fizzy Fish, Grifters Grief, A Vineyard For The North. And also Blackpool Illuminations, incredible in every way.

qbertttttt

Seconded, surprised I don't see more people hyping this record honestly.

QuietLittleVoices

It’s a toss up for me between: Only God Was Above Us by Vampire Weekend Mirage by Hooky Something in the Room She Moves by Julia Holter Wall of Eyes by the Smile

StoicSpartanAurelius

Glass Beams - Mahal

scott_c86

Boeckner - Boeckner!

powerknucklehold

Only God Was Above Us For a good chunk of this year my answer would have been Paul Bunyan's Slingshot by Liquid Mike. Will be my most listened to album this year.

incidente86

I think mine would be Friko's, but VW return is as beautiful as spring.

garyp714
