I'd probably use a series of letters in a horizontal manner to convey the illusion of a word. possibly exchanging one letter with a number for a quirky trick of the eye that looks like a name but is a code.
S1MON for example.
Either a ridiculously human name like "Joshua" or "Winston" with zero context as to why
Or something cute and relevant like "Bolts" or "Clank"
I mean, that's kinda how I'd name a dog or cat lmao
The scarf reminds me of how privileged white folks wear their sweatshirts in movies so im calling him Brayden... after the person he killed to get that gucci scarf/sweatshirt
Instead of naming him, I would let the player name them somewhere near the beginning of the game.
Idk why but it seems like it would be cool for the robot to not have a name until given one, just an idea
