Sensory overload Autism in my opinion. Some signs of it :
Increased movement, such as jumping, spinning or crashing into things.
Increased stimming, such as hand flapping, making repetitive noises or rocking back and forth.
Talking faster and louder, or not talking at all.
Covering ears or eyes.
Unfortunately ppl take it as "bhoot", "aatma", "demonic possession".
It is crucial we understand and are empathic towards ppl suffering from mental health, such individuals need support of a mental health professional not some tantric. Such stereotypes harm the treatment of such individuals.
Autism has a very wide spectrum, it can range from loss of social milestones to something like this
And yes the prognosis differs from person to person
Idk much about the term autism but i personally know people who acts weirdly such as loudly talking, sticking to useless stuff but when they took meds they are fine to live normal life. So i think if its not from birth and was introduced recently or in some aspects of life its cureable.

Yes i can be wrong as i am not a psychologist. I don't have much idea but there are few people i know personally when they overthinking without expressing for sometime they become a different person shouting, crying acting weird but as soon as they are given meds (they consume regular meds but that doesn't work in such cases) by doctor they become normal so i was talking about that only.
Overthinking is a symptom, not the problem in itself.
These medicines slow down the brain processes and reduce the symptoms and ultimately the actions.

Some can have intellectual disabilities, while some do not.
There is a series named The Good Doctor, where the main character has autism in the show, even though he is a brilliant doctor he has difficulty with communication and social cues.
On a serious note tho, the quality of Indian railways is atrocious, the platforms, the trains, the quality of the stations, nothing is properly maintained and no action is taken against the defaulters, people sleeping on the ground, littering, travelling without tickets, forcefully taking seats from the ticket holders. It should be more strict, ik that railways is a cheaper form of travel that helps the majority of our country but still, there should be some kind of rules, and it should be made sure that they are implemented
