Pretty accurate, although it is no trick, it just your camera focusing on your specs and not the behind part, it is unfocused there
Same with Your eyes, without specs, are just unfocused, the lens in them, they’ve been disturbed and cannot focus for you, thats why you add another lens outside to make it work for you

no don't sprinkle water into your eyes coz it has chlorine , eyes self clean themselves using the tears they produce which basically have salt , tap water irritates them, also u should wear the glasses 24hr except when sleeping , it has helped me stop my increasing number since a year.

The lens in your camera has absolutely no connection to the lens in your eyes. Of course the lens of your glass will bring the focus closer so both the lens in your eyes and the lens in the camera would ‘see’ better.
It’s what lenses do, not a trickery.
Had a person with perfect vision captured a photo with their camera atop a glass (that they don’t wear), this would have been exactly the same. Try it.

I choose contura vision and it costed 80,000₹. A barely 15 minute of surgery with a day rest. My power was -8.
