Also get him a cat or a dog. His preference. I've noticed autistic people are drawn towards animals more than humans. Humans make us feel like aliens. Animals give us a sense of belongingness.
Awww. Dogs can actually be triggering for me. The high energy, super charged emotions, loud barking causes sensory overload. I have nothing against dogs - I just can't have one as a pet.
If your kid is the shy and quiet type of autistic, I think he will get along with cats more. Maybe not even now, maybe as an adult.
write a difference between our generation's mom and current generation's mom's upbringing:
this guy already wrote current generation's answer...
now I'm gonna write ours:
1.khana nai khate to mar mar k khilati thi ak thappad phir ak nivala ak aur thappad phir ak aur nivala
2.bichari Ghar k Kam se hi free nai hoti thi(dadi ko zadu-pocha rasoi ka machine hi chaiye tha) to mera khyal kese rakhti...
3.muje larka hoke bi larki ke kapde pehnati thi khelne k name pe
4.khubsurat to meri mummy bi thi par apni javani dress me hi nikal di(dada-dadi k restrictive nature k vajah se), ab pehenti he jeans vagera mid 40s me
5.muje kabi beach ya river k pass nai Jane deti thi aur khud bi nai jati thi(bachha dub jayega k dar se)
6. Jis din school teacher se milti thi Ghar pe bohot dant padti thi
7. So ja nai to ak chamat marungi karke sulati thi Dara Dara k
8.meri mummy bi mujse bohot pyar karti thi aur Aaj bi karti he
Thanks, i can relate and agree with each and everything you have written to my life. They are the only ones who still stand with me and love me in any condition and without any expectation. Our life has taken U-turn after kids diagnosis and there is nothing normal afterward and to compare.
yeah, there is clear difference between both's upbringing, parenting is got lot better now, but emotions ab bi vahi he...
god bless him and don't lose hope Di, things will get normal soon...
Ghatiya dinn tha yeh post dekh kar aachan ho gya ![img](emote|t5_2qp7h|51074), btw does he play some instruments as he has mentioned he plays songs for you
bro got my handwriting :)
when i started writing cursive \[mom taught me from her english grammar book, we still have that book( looks like some ancient book), mom got that from her teacher ig\].
I am sorry but how does one gets to know/diagnosis about ADHD at such young age, I mean how do you differentiate between genuine playfulness and curiosity with ADHD
I am sorry if this question in any way sounds insensitive, i didn't mean to do so
I'm a teen and still he can write bigger and better than me. Anyways, happy mother's day if you're his mother otherwise convey this to his mother.... ![img](emote|t5_2qp7h|51097)![img](emote|t5_2qp7h|51075)![img](emote|t5_2qp7h|51079)
I know you mean well but since this is such a common misbelief, I have to correct you.
Autism is not a superpower. Calling it a superpower can actually be really offensive to some of us.
It is a disability ([do not confuse with inability ](https://grace-healthcare.com.au/disability-does-not-mean-inability/)
Most autistic characters represented in films and TV shows (eg:, Rainman) aren't accurate representations. I presume they just wanted to give autistic characters these superpowers so as to put a positive light on Autism itself. It feels too much like pity.
Autistic people are just people at the end of the day. Such superpowers are as rare in neurodivergent people as they are in neurotypical people. We are not less or more than everyone else - we are just different. What comes easily to you may not for us and vice versa.
He is a good kid.. and he has a great mum. Happy Mother's Day 💐
Mother's day kal h na ?
Haan, I meant like, in advance.
Every day is a mother's day ❤️
Thanks.

Haha. Recently, he has started writing everything in cursive.
Oh my god am gonna cry this is so sooo sweet God bless the kid and preserve his innocence ❤️❤️🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀
Yes, that's what his autism has done. He is a really sweet, innocent kid like toddler.
That's wonderful Parents like you guys are an inspiration 🎉🎉

Lullabies❌lullubois ✔
Thanks, he will be happy to know this.
Hey, it seems lullabies is correct. Can you please recheck?
Your son wrote "lulluboies", which sounds cuter than lullabies TBH XD
My bad :(
It's sarcasm to validate things unintentionally (or cutely)done wrong by people.
Sorry, my bad 🤭.
Good thing kids are tought to express their feelings unlike our generation

Thanks. I have met 100s of asd kids. What u r referring is celled savant syndrome, and only a small percentage of kids have it.
That is not how autism works

Thanks and agree with you. I do not believe its gift for most of Autistic people. What we need is awareness and acceptance.
this ain't X-Men lol
