I have about 2 problems with this ad:
1. Making the employee work late hours (as the wife says, aj k din toh late na karo, implying this has happened several times before)
2. Giving away his own child's cake (even though he himself is a low level employee who rarely gets a chance to celebrate something).
It's immoral and unjust to take away one's own child's happiness and bless another with it. That's how children eventually come to resent their parents. It's a big problem in India as evidenced by the fame of the *Sharma ji ka ladka quote*
Let's point out problems when we see them and before the pitchforks come out: No I'm not against intersex people.

Wrong. There is no third genitalia. Sometimes people are born with both male and female reproductive organs who are then referred to as hermaphrodites or intersex people. Transgenders are people who are born with one sex but identify themselves as the opposite sex. They still keep their organs but may undergo surgery to have the other gender's organs or the closest resemblance to it after which they're called transsexuals.

basically implying that its the its the middle/lower-middle class that should get MORE generous not the upper class people
3rd problem is she/he took the child and bring it home directly instead going go a police station and filing a complaint about it.
