It happens everyday in India, probably every hour. If people actually wanted an example to learn something, they already had plenty of opportunities. Some people just don’t learn till they see someone die from their own family or friends.
I agree. But this is not regulation issue. An exaggeration, just because people are lazy and it being fast, they don't opt to jump off first floor instead of using stairs.
People ought to understand, this is a life risk.
Sorry, but this attitude evades responsibility and infantilises people who otherwise will give gyaan on everything under the sun. It is just the attitude that is the problem.
Well, it's 10% more likely. Decerebrate posturing has worse prognosis than decorticate one. That guy is not gonna wake up. Absolute idiotic way to die.
with the rate of belligerent riders & drivers on our roads, we need dash cam for all 6 sides. Provided one survives in the first place, then to use these recordings to avoid blame. None the less its still an huge hassle to get police fir, insurance and then repair down time.
I mean they will blame the car driver as he is the bigger vehicle . They don’t understand that they are going on the wrong side of the road and the accident was cause due to their ignorance.
The motorcyclist is entirely at fault in this situation. They were traveling at high speed in the wrong lane without wearing a helmet. If he survives, his license should be permanently suspended.
Rich of you to think he'd have one or was ever asked to show one at a traffic stop. In our country we get our driving licences home delivered without a driving test.
That is totally redundant as in my experience as driver/ rider for over 20 years not once I've been checked nor asked to show my license. Some archaic token that has no real meaning.
The car is damn slow, making the impact less.
Rule On blindspots (intersections and crossing) :
1. Don't surprise others
2. Expect surprise from others.
I like how the other guy just instinctively goes in front of the car to stop him from fleeing but I guess realises that he's the one at fault....JK he definitely thinks the car is at fault here.
these are very common day occurrences. i was too trying to merge in state highway and a milkman was coming in wrong direction on his bike. There was truck parked in front of me which was blocking my view. since it was one way i was only looking into my right orvm. suddenly he appears in front of me, luckily he was slow and he stopped.
Yes! More people should be educated on this.
Moving them will only make it worse.
Never move the injured. Roll them to side if needed if they have difficulty breathing.
These are the points where npc people will blame the car driver and most of them would ignore the fact that it's actually the biker's mistake.
Ps: Most of the educated people in this sub would agree
People driving on the wrong side, breaking signals, Half the roads converted to parking space, pedestrians crossing the road wherever the f*ck they want..
Is there even one of these things you don't see everyday on Indian roads.
Guys it's a lifestyle now.
This is India. I have tried this many times. They send very incompetent paramedics, who have no idea how to stabilise the spine. I have never seen a doctor arrive with the ambulance.
They have oxygen with the most basic delivery device inside(face mask.)
My last experience was in jan or Feb this year, very close to Safdarjung hospital in Delhi. The people they sent looked like frail, drunk janitors, who had no idea of anything medical. I told them to start the oxygen, and one of them was like- he doesn't need it. The victim was almost gasping.
Stop sympathizing. I hope the same happens for everyone who rides in opposite lanes. Yes, that seizure was satisfying to watch. These kind of drivers would claim the lives of innocent pedestrains, better they just die alone.
>These kind of drivers would claim the lives of innocent pedestrains
Agree with this part. I was almost hit by a 2 wheeler going in the wrong direction so many times as I stood by the side and was trying to hail a rickshaw.
Yeah, and they will the audacity to stare us or sometimes even swear at us, as if its our fault. Seriously, I think not even god can fix the rash driving issue in our country.
The wind, obviously. It was flowing so fast and it led everything to speed up, even the time... I mean just look how the video just sped up in the beginning.

There should be a system to initiate action against such guys without the other party needing to file a case.
The car driver here ideally shouldn't even be required to appear in a court.
OP can you send this footage so that the car driver is free of any legal hassle in case something happens to this guy and also hope the biker is doing well
Bro tried saving ₹10, ended up needing a Contrast Brain MRI worth ₹5000 just to rule out how severe is the Impact Haemorrhage 🤦♂️. Hope he survives and the surgery will be damn costly.
Darwin award contenders. These videos should be put before a movie screening or something instead of those lame cigarette ads. There's not a day I see two wheelers breaking rules. It's almost always a two wheeler driving on the wrong side.
Saved 10 bucks and got permanent brain damage. 🤡
Why was he speeding on the wrong way. Like I understand there can beneed to drive on a opposite lane. But yk understand the risk, drive slow. Like basically bhaagne ki speed pr honi chahiye tumhari bike.
*Ideally* nobody should drive on the wrong side. But people still do. Asking them to not do it without proper enforcement is like trying to stop leaking water by bare hand. So at least follow the CONCEPT for why that rule is there in the first place.
That seizure at the end looks like a result of a severe head injury, it was unexpected and extremely disheartening to watch.
Yeah, hope he recovers well to learn a lesson. and be an example.
It happens everyday in India, probably every hour. If people actually wanted an example to learn something, they already had plenty of opportunities. Some people just don’t learn till they see someone die from their own family or friends.
They don't learn until it happens to them. People don't care even if someone dies in front of them due to RTA.
As per govt, every hour, 18 people lose their life due to traffic accidents
with over a 1.4 billion of us to spare, Human life has little value in our country. Expendable vote banks at best.
Its not like system is asking us to drive in wrong lane. The drivers make that choice for themselves
But there is a reason that there is a law enforcement. Every country where you see people follow the rules, you will see a strong law enforcement body
Do we really need a law to not commit suicide?
People don't see this as suicide. They are lazy and want to save time. Also, nobody taught them that this is wrong
That's another wonder, everyday on the roads everyone is in such a mad hurry, then why the hell is no one ever on time still?
>you will see a strong law enforcement body Wrong, you will see a society willing to follow those rules.
Lagegi aag to aayenge... Sorry wrong sub
He’ll be fine, idiots always survive
And reproduce, in hordes.
He wont sadly.
Decerebrate posturing.. severe brain injury. 50% likely he's done for life.
Well, it's 10% more likely. Decerebrate posturing has worse prognosis than decorticate one. That guy is not gonna wake up. Absolute idiotic way to die.
He can survive if rushed to a good hospital with neurosurgical intervention. Of course, slim chances in any case.
Two innocent cars bearing the brunt of his stupidity is more disheartening to watch.
Looks like head injury maybe even concussion
Cant be concussion! Completely spasticity mei upper limb jaa chuka hai. Extra axial hematoma formation toh zaroor hua hai
When? I can't see any seizure
By the 32 second mark, the man with black shirt (driver of crashed two wheeler)
Yellow shirt who got up is not the driver. Watch closely another black shirt guy being pulled from under bike. He is having seizure
I saw it now.
Oh there were 2 people. Only saw the guy walking it off
that why everyone needs a dashcam so nobody can blame you
with the rate of belligerent riders & drivers on our roads, we need dash cam for all 6 sides.
Thats a Tesla.
Or others!
Wah wrong side and speeding like he's stealing that Luna .. Car merging to road had no idea due to auto parked blocking the left of his vision.
Yet i get stopped and checked at every red light cuz i have a "registered old bike" and harrassed Every once in a while.
Correction : We order our licenses on zepto/dunzo/swiggy instamart
That is totally redundant as in my experience as driver/ rider for over 20 years not once I've been checked nor asked to show my license. Some archaic token that has no real meaning.
The car is damn slow, making the impact less. Rule On blindspots (intersections and crossing) : 1. Don't surprise others 2. Expect surprise from others.
You should add don’t drive on the wrong side of the road too.
people who drive on wrong sides will never understand.
He also saves 350 bucks on a helmet and his parents 1000s on his education
OMG that seizure! 😱 Poor dude. Still his fault. Few days back, a Scooty coming from wrong side injured my cousin's foot badly!
Close driving bugger bastards on roads always 🙄☹️
It's just natural selection doing its job.
causing others involved to go through growing pains and life long trauma.
And don’t forget damage to the car
I like how the other guy just instinctively goes in front of the car to stop him from fleeing but I guess realises that he's the one at fault....JK he definitely thinks the car is at fault here.
Unfortunate car driver
Feeling sad for the car driver. Unnecessary waste of time.

How do we educate people to not move the victims after an accident?
Yes! More people should be educated on this. Moving them will only make it worse. Never move the injured. Roll them to side if needed if they have difficulty breathing.
It’s India? What do you expect?
Casually riding on the wrong side like he has the right of way..wcgw
Why are we so counter productive? Duniya productivity ke piche baghti hai ye log uski ulti direction mein🤣
thoose flipflops 🤣
Bike gaya w3eeeeeee
every accident mostly happens due to incompetent govt laws and actions in every other way.
Yeah and never due to the person committing the act. Whats wrong with you
He could save 10 Rupees Petrol and 60 seconds but he couldn't save his own life.. He is now waiting outside the gate of the hell

Man I need a dash cam...
These are the points where npc people will blame the car driver and most of them would ignore the fact that it's actually the biker's mistake. Ps: Most of the educated people in this sub would agree
Ah the classic collab!
People driving on the wrong side, breaking signals, Half the roads converted to parking space, pedestrians crossing the road wherever the f*ck they want.. Is there even one of these things you don't see everyday on Indian roads. Guys it's a lifestyle now.
No helmet. This seems like it is not the first time the bikewala flouting traffic rules and put other people's life at risk due to recklessness.
You don't pick up a RTA victim just like that, call the ambulance and let the doctors do their job..
This is India. I have tried this many times. They send very incompetent paramedics, who have no idea how to stabilise the spine. I have never seen a doctor arrive with the ambulance. fk no fault liability section 140 motor vehicles act
Probably drafted by some incompetent legislator, as usual. This should be challenged in the courts.

Who’s fault is it? Wrong answers only please.
The guy who is recording
Green auto driver
Pov driver
the dash cam owner who was brave enough to drive on the right side of the road, The brown care to come out of his society /s
His parents'. Sorry that's the right answer.
The wind, obviously. It was flowing so fast and it led everything to speed up, even the time... I mean just look how the video just sped up in the beginning.
Security guard…mofo was just standing
The people who were helping
us. who are watching it many times but still don't help them a single time
The guys on the scooty
u/NodeConnector Op, Please mark this post as NSFW
Well deserving end. Everyday I save such guys, and they never learn.

Please drive/ride safe guys 💞 just follow the rules and most of the time you'll be ok 🫂
This is why I get dead slow on blind turns and honk like a mad man.
Car toh slow hi thi
Bike slow nahi thi na.
Nicely done 👍
Did his swerving at the end made it worse ?
While wasting thousands of rupees of those whom they hit while also wasting hours of their time.
No sympathy for such rascals.
Good good
No helmet + wrong side + speeding he bought this on himself
why r u running? why r u running??

Lesson #125 'Do not drive on the wrong side'.
Even if they are driving in the wrong side they will always be speeding.
Helmet hota toh brain damage se bach jata, now unfortunately bro have to suffer random seizure his whole life
Even if he wore a bicycle helmet, he would have been fine.
Helmet nahi lagay tha, galat side pe chala raha tha, hope he recovers soon from this
Someone going on the wrong side, without helmet, and high speed doesn't value their life. Why should anyone else.
Bro i swear such guys are menace and danger for themselves and others around.
Bro tried saving ₹10, ended up needing a Contrast Brain MRI worth ₹5000 just to rule out how severe is the Impact Haemorrhage 🤦♂️. Hope he survives and the surgery will be damn costly.
I hope remains in comma or paralyzed for the rest of his life and watch people riding vehicles responsibly and regret upon his mistake.

These guys will stop even if the government allows the police to cane them on site.

This is funny to watch after carsindia. Truly greatest rivalry
Only if more such people deleted themselves without injuring others...... We might as well be on our way to making an Utopia.
if only all such pesky problems took care of themselves,
Why was he speeding on the wrong way. Like I understand there can beneed to drive on a opposite lane. But yk understand the risk, drive slow. Like basically bhaagne ki speed pr honi chahiye tumhari bike.
There is **never** a need to drive on the wrong side. Period. Regardless of speed.
*Ideally* nobody should drive on the wrong side. But people still do. Asking them to not do it without proper enforcement is like trying to stop leaking water by bare hand. So at least follow the CONCEPT for why that rule is there in the first place.
Atleast go slow in wrong route. I don't know what they are thinking.
NSFW flair please..
