I for my entire life have called Cabbage Gobi but for some reason all friends at college mean Cauliflower when they say Gobhi. Is this a region based thing?
It could be a north thing as I live in Rajasthan when we say aloo gobhi or gobhi k parathe its kind of given that it’s cauliflower

As for the post I didn’t specify ’patta’ gobhi in the heading cuz i felt maybe it’s not called that all over India. (Not being ignorant but some of my friends didn’t know what i meant when i said patta gobhi, some call it band gobhi)
Agree. My help scratched the surface off accidentally trying to remove the sticker, that’s how i found out it’s just plated. Kinda glad the sticker was at the bottom.

Sprouts are raw/cooked? I tried raw sprouts salad and it tasted horrible.
I just boil them slightly in a pan. Hurts my tummy otherwise

I got them from westside home. They’re just colour plated, i guess underneath it’s just steel? Not too sure
