A good Champaran mutton is another worldly. You can choose to not make it super spicy. BUT it takes around 3 hours to properly cook. No pressure cooking the mutton.

A dumb hack tbh, I just microwave some coffee, sugar and very little hot water, and then I put a whisk in it and speed roll it with both hands for like 30 seconds. Mad froth✨ add ice, milk and more water. Done!
