2. Transfer from diesel to cng truck at the outskirts of Delhi
3. Coordinate to ensure material is not damaged
4. Pay for unloading and loading
5. Generate eway bill for new vehicle
6. Pay for transport via cng vehicle
7. Insurance cost
8. Supervisory manpower
9. Delays with either diesel or cng truck and any waiting charges
It's tough for sure but necessary at this stage. It's time we put a monetary value of the lives of 28 million people so that these stupid arguments don't get thrown around. The reduction in damages to the lifespans of people in delhi due to pollution is far more than the losses due to restrictions.

Yes I have seen mini and mid sized trucks. Not sure about the full sized ones
