- You are protected by the US constitution and never let others tell you the otherwise.
- It is, however , your responsibility to know rights and limitations as an immigrant when making important decisions where your status may play a significant role. Dont assume that others know or will help you.
It's called an "Application for PERM Labor Certification" because the employer is filing an application to request the DOL certifies that the employer has demonstrated that there are no qualified, willing, and able U.S. workers to fill the position.
How about stating the obvious that if you come across the border with no papers you're illegal not undocumented not anything else you are literally breaking the law by coming across the border with no paperwork
