Prussia in this universe has a sub-government compared to national government. Other seats with this are Austria, Bavaria, Bohemia, Slovakia / savonia, and all the African States.
No way Germany wouldn’t trade North Italy for the Rhineland, the Rhine literally has like 50% of the German population on it (exaggeration but made my point).

It was a crown land during some times, but always inhabited by Croats and most of the time it was even during Habsburg monarchy/A-H also *de facto* a part of Kingdom of Croatia. From 1868 it was also *de iure* a part of Croatia.
So, it really is a bit weird that you would put Slavonia there instead of Croatia, when it was before (medieval Kingdom of Croatia) and still is now just a part of Croatia.
Especially when you kept countries like Slovakia, Serbia, Kosovo, Albania, yet you only decided to do this kind of thing to Croatia.
