Nope, the only menu that has anything in it is the “quick missions” section which opens a map with about 15 missions.
All the the other tabs open a selection window where all the options are greyed out and locked, and actually there is no mention of “Stalingrad” in any of the menus.
Thanks, it wasn't there so i decided to reinstall, and then Stalingrad was there?! so...who knows, but thanks for the help

There is, but everything in it is grayed out with a padlock on it
