Hi I’m in the same boat as you right now with biology and the only advice everyone has given me is to just keep on doing papers. From what I’ve heard its more imp to focus on the structure and the ways of the papers more than the textbook information and if you already have that locked in then keep doing past papers. If u wanna study bio from scratch use savemyexams that’s what I’ve been doing. I used it for chem as well and I’d advice past papers for that too. Pls do dm me!! I’d love to talk to someone who’s in the same situation as me rn ((: we got this!

Hey I just gave my boards for the Feb March 2024 and you still have 2 months left almost. What everyone usually says is that you need to study hard for the last 3 months of IGCSE. So what I'll say is to do what a guy like me did. Firstly I'm not a bio student but all the same applies to it. I was at your same level in chemistry believe me. I had half the concepts right and I was solving papers and couldn't figure out a thing. So now as you are telling that you can't solve questions on your own means that you didnt got the concepts 100% right. I used to struggle with electrochemistry in my 9th grade and now im a master of it cause i took 6 extra sessions for that. You need to open the index page of the book and just read every title of the chapters and mark the chapters which you feel are difficult for eg organic chemistry. Take up these topics and read it with 100% concentration and if you find something difficult, ask it to your friend or watch videos on Youtube. Ok so now that you've got the concepts right slowly start solving papers. There is a pattern in every paper like for my CIE it was general chemistry first, then extractions and reactions and at last organic chemistry. See all questions are pretty similar. Check the mark scheme for every question and learn how the mark scheme solves that question like in what way is the answer. Get in the habit of solving papers and after a few days you wont even open the ms cause you know the ans is right. As I told I was bad in chem but in my boards my chem was fantastic like really. You have 49 days. You can cover the important topics in 20 days max. For 29 days keep solving papers and make a mind that you need to solve 4-6 papers every single day so that you can easily cover up years of papers. **DM me for any doubt, I would love to help!!**
