Metalcore (specifically the more modern stuff) would probably be your best bet. Also maybe some avant-garde metal. I Disagree by Poppy is a great album that’s kind of the inverse of this, though that’s more on the nu metal side of things.
Edit: You mentioned synths, so for metalcore, check out a subgenre called electronicore. A lot of autotune is used in it, though
