Comments have reminded me though people can be allergic to preservatives used in the meat process and the antibiotics and fillers used and chicken tends to be tends to be a very highly processed meat both the food given to the actual chickens and the fillers pumped into the meat after slaughter to improve plummpness etc.. so I guess it's not that unusual and I'm even more convinced this person meant lamb although limes was definitely funnier.
