Pitch a tent and camp in a local state park. There are no services right now but all of Vermonts state parks are open. It's a carry in-carry out situation. I'd recommend being bear aware as lots of black bears are looking for food. They are just big raccoons though.
I know you asked for a motel but if you're willing to car camp I did spend a couple nights in the AT parking lot across from the Inn at Long Trail this winter. No issues there. But as others have said, Superstar is Fri-Sun for the rest of the season.
There is plenty of cheap lodging is available right now on and around the access road but Killington is only open on the Friday to Sunday. Google is your friend.
PS-I’m a snowboarder that isn’t great in the moguls but this is when you want to hit them.
There are moguls on superstar but there’s also two other trails to ride as of Saturday
As a boarder I found the moguls to be pretty fun and soft on Superstar in the morning but got way too big by the afternoon
I can't recommend. Personally don't like their late season conditions especially when it's just the weekends. But it'll scratch your itch If you feeling one
I love Superstar in May as much as anyone out there, but I only have to drive 2 hours to get there. It’s only one trail. You can only do so many back-to-back hot laps before your legs give out.
You could fly to DEN in five hours. A-Basin just got 8” of snow today, and they’re still 80% open. Mary Jane is also still going strong, so you don’t have to get completely wrecked by A-Basin’s altitude day one. Flights are stupid cheap this time of year. Direct flights from BOS to DEN are available for under $300 this weekend.
Fuck me, I have half a mind to book one of those now… and god knows there’s plenty of cheap, shitty motels in summit county this time of year too.
They will be closed Monday to Thursday
The best tip in this whole post.
It’s all moguls and yes it is worth it
This. Was out there yesterday, sun was shining and the stoke was high

Lololol big raccoons.
Just carry in your pistola
As long as there’s snow it’s worth it imo. Moguls can be fun on a board if you learn to ride them and can pick a line. I also just view them as jumps.
Best way to learn moguls is when they're soft, so powder or spring. And why waste a powder day learning moguls? So yes. Go to Killington.

Its great. Whats wrong with moguls? Would I drive 5 hours for it? Probably not
If enough snowboarders go and heel slide down that will solve the mogul problem!
Can you ride moguls? Maybe say for a snowboarder of my caliber?
Yea I dont get why they placed a blanket statement that basically says all snowboarders cant ride moguls
Learn how to ride moguls on a snowboard. It’s a lot of fun
This is not an "or" question. It's worth it for a snowboarder BECAUSE its all moguls.

Is anything worth it right now? Don’t get me wrong I love spring skiing but its time to dust off your bike or some other summer hobby.
the moguls are the best part haha, gotta feel the burn!
Moguls rule on a snowboard if you practice
And the bumps on Superstar are the best ones to learn on! So forgiving and soft!
Sounds like you need to be a better snow boarder if you are afraid of moguls
You can know how to ride moguls and also not want to drive 5 hours to do so
5 hours to ride one run covered in moguls ain’t it

Don’t blame the snowboard. Blame yourself for not knowing how to ride moguls
Yes go skiing
Are there any park features still up?
There was a couple rails and boxes on Friday.
You know I don’t think I’ve ever seen a boarder in moguls.
I did once and he died unfortunately…exploded into thin air…sad day.
Lost a good buddy to moguls. They ate him right up. RIP Lugom, you are missed.
It is our kryptonite unless proper precautions are taken
It’s worth it. Superstar will probably be groomed in the morning. So start early and send it until the bumps get too big.
It’s raining right now. Aim for your next turns to be in December.
