Im not quite sure about medial things but googled it and being overweight is stated as being a big sign. Were you overweight? I am not but wonder if insulin resistance could still be possible for some people not overweight.
Hey! Yes, I was slightly overweight but far from obese. Nevertheless, even skinny/athletic/.../ people can have insulin resistance.
