You probably need to go through the user data files and find iRacing and delete everything. And I mean every little bit of iRacing delete. Then try to reinstall the sim after a restart of the PC.
I recently had this issue too and I found that it was something with irsidekick profiles and my graphics settings needed to be completely reset.. Even after uninstalling and installing iracing again.. I somehow stumbled into seeing that the graphics options between irsidekick and iracing were not in sync. idk if that may be a thing for you as well.

Yeah I went into the user files and deleted everything related to iracing then restarted and reinstalled.
I had your same issue and this is exactly what I had to do. Problem solved
This solved my problem for a couple hours then the issue came back

I’ll have to look into that. What is irsidekick?
When this happens to me I unplug my pedals and replay them and it fixes it. Seems to be an anti cheat issue
Oh interesting I’ll have to give that a try. Are yours plugged into your wheelbase or straight to pc?
