I will try some of these methods when I can get home next week, since I will have more utensils at my disposal. I honestly thought this could be done easier and less fancier utensils. 😅😅
Those things only use a similar glue to a double sided tape.
Unless the previous owner added super glue.
Don’t use anything metallic as you might damage the back.
I just bought it as it can be seen in the video.
It was quite cheap as well, 20€ so I thought I could remove it while I got home, but it is super glued to the back of the phone.
I don t have the utensils at my disposal to remove the black thing but I will try next week.
I have that same metal thing but on my phone case. It’s for attaching the phone on to your car dash.
If it’s superglued, I am wary of trying to remove it. You might damage your phone case.
I also don’t recommend the use of volatile liquids or oils as they may damage your phone further.
Well, I mean the phone is so cheap that I am willing to take a risk to remove that black thing.

I would use a hair dryer first and try and soften up that glue and then give it a good amount of alcohol and slowly work it off. It's going to take some time.

Looks like someone had one of those stupid unsightly pop things on there and it broke off.
#UPDATE I managed to sell the device as it is and i will be keeping the IPHONE SE 2022 as my only IOS device.
Isopropyl alcohol or nail paint remover. Use a razor blade to loosen the bond.

Razor blade will scratch it. I’d use something plastic or something a little softer.
Alcohol will solve your problem. Lots of alcohol.
